Adv. Manoj Wadekar has completed his LL.B. with Gold Medal from Pune University. He further completed LL.M. with First Class from Mumbai University. Manoj was practising as Junior Advocate with Justice B.N. Naik (retd.) from 1989 to 1991. He also practised as Junior Advocate with Adv. P. Narayan from 1986 to 1989 and from 1991 to 1992. He started practising on civil and corporate side at Pune courts and the Bombay High Court from 1992. He was partner of Lawyers’ Combine, a law-firm where he was exclusively handling High Court cases and arbitration matters.Since 2000 onwards Manoj Wadekar has been working with his full-fledged law-firm, practising in a wide range of legal fields, including civil, criminal, arbitration, corporate law, public and private trusts, corporate consultancy, educational laws, conveyancing to name few at Pune as well as the Bombay High Court. Manoj has successfully handled important cases and dispute-resolutions relating to Maharashtra Cricket Association and Mr. Ajay Shirke from 2002, and is a chief legal advisor of Maharashtra Cricket Association even today.He was a lawyer for Abhijit Kale, an international cricketer who fought against Mr. Dalmia, President of B.C.C.I., challenging the rules relating to the constitution of B.C.C.I.He was senior advocate for Mr. Sureshdada Jain, ex-minister of Maharashtra, in an inquiry against veteran social worker Shri Anna Hazare, before the Commission of Inquiry presided by Hon. Justice P.B. Sawant, Retired Supreme Court Judge.He is associated as retainer to various prestigious clubs, N.G.O.s and companies, at Pune and Mumbai.Manoj has been an expert faculty for seminars and workshops organised for charitable organisations as well as training to the Charity Commissioner’s staff at Mumbai and Pune, on several occasions. Many times, he is called as Senior Faculty by Pune International Centre, SOSVA, Yashada and other governmental and semi-governmental organisations and N.G.O.s, for delivering lectures on issues relating to public and private trusts and corporate laws. He was also a teaching faculty at I.L.S. Law College and also regularly delivers guest lectures at Deccan Law College, Modern Law College, Symbiosis Law College, and Yashwantrao Chavan Law College.

He has completed his Bachelors from DES, Shri Navalmal Firodia Law College, Pune with First Class with Distinction. He has also carried out two diplomas of Corporate Law and Securities and Capital Marketing in ILS Law College, Pune.
He is a keen researcher and has strong legal up-to date knowledge in the field of Trust Laws, Corporate Laws, Civil Laws, MSME’s, Arbitration Law and in Educational matters. He has also acquired skills in drafting of corporate agreements in relation with the Trust laws and corporate law.
He believes and has an edge when it comes to delivering effective and holistic solutions and believes in team works, leadership and long-term relationship with our clients and our team.

Bharati has been responsible for bringing it to prominence of the company. She has been dealing with the in-house work & guidance & consultation for the company, on many complex issues of compliances under corporate laws and works in the fields of corporate companies, I.P.R. and trademark, charitable and NCLT.
She also handles the side of corporate compliances, and helps to keeps all the records in line with the help of the highly efficient team working under her.
She is an alumnus of the Department of Law, Mumbai University, and has completed her Masters degree in Law (Corporate).
Bharati’s unmatched skill and legal acumen has led to her involvement in the development of the company, in the corporate sector. She is highly efficient and pro-active in the work she has always dealt with.
She is also involved in imple-mentation of training programmes for the new associates joining the firm and to create a sense of responsibility towards the firm and the clients in them.

Advocate Neha is a Senior Associate of Manoj Wadekar and Associates Law firm, predominantly dealing with the issues concerning Corporate and Commercial laws, Arbitration laws, Civil land Trust laws.She has pursued her Masters from Queen Mary University of London in Corporate and Commercial laws and is the alumna of ILS Law College, Pune. She has also attained Certification from London School of Economics and Political Science in
Corporate and Commercial arena.She has specialisation in Corporate and Commercial laws, Intellectual property laws & Arbitration laws. Her strength is sound legal up to date knowledge of Commercial laws and Intellectual property laws, proficiency in communication and satisfaction of client’s queries and acumen in court arguments.
She has also acquired skill and has worked for clients on many folds such as, drafting of efficient Corpo-rate management agreements and Section 8 Company agreements etc. In addition to the pure Corporate issues, she has also counselled various educational institutions

Siddhartha specializes in complex high-value disputes, and undertakes a range of contentious work on behalf of the firm before the High Court and National Company Law Tribunal. He regularly advises and represents a diverse clientele including government organizations, public and private trusts, IT companies and financial institutions. He also advises directors and officers in relation to civil and criminal liability arising in course of fulfilling their corporate responsibilities. Besides dispute resolution, he has substantial experience in corporate advisory work with a special focus on insolvency and bankruptcy issues.
He is a keen researcher and proficiently and quickly identifies propositions of law in matters.
Advocate Bhavana D. Panpatil

Adv. Bhavana has pursued her Bachelor’s from North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon. She is a gold medalist of North Maharashtra University. She has also successfully completed her Master’s from DES Pune and is a rank holder.
She holds a two years experience of litigation at High Court, Maharashtra administrative tribunal, University tribunal at Aurangabad and Pune.
She also has good exposure in dealing with matters related to Land acquisition. She is a practicing advocate since 2014 and appears before Charity Commissioner and School tribunal as well as University Tribunal at Pune and Mumbai.
Bhavana has gathered vast experience and expertise in civil,
trust and educational laws. Her work encompasses client communication and advising them on matters related to trust laws.She has always been very diligent towards the work she has been dealing with.
Advocate Rama Vaidya
Adv. Rama Vaidya is a law graduate and is a holder of Degree of Diploma in Cyber Security (DCL), Diploma in Consumer Protection Law (DCCL) and has also completed her LL.M from Savitribai Phule Pune University. She has 1.5 years of experience in IPR. She is currently placed in Civil Department as Associate Advocate from past 2 years and is associated with the firm since she was an intern. Adv. She has pursued her Bachelors from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
Adv. Rajashri is a dedicated hard worker and believes in consistency but at the same time she is keen in studying the new methods of working and also adopting and operating the modern lines and communication systems.
Rajashri is a standing counsel appearing before the civil and Charity Commissioner’s courts at Pune and has substantial experience of civil and charity litigations.

Mrs. Suvarna Kadam

Suvarna is the person responsible for smooth and efficient administration of the firm for past 14 years. She is the key person who is ably dealing with the entire administration of the office, with the junior staff of five personnel under her.
She is MA Economics, and is the alumna of Garware College, Pune University and has passed out in year 1996.
She has been highly disciplined in her work and has always been extremely helpful to the entire staff working in the firm.
She further holds general skills to ensure that the firm operates with efficiency as well as she has the skill that can handle many different people and situations within the firm, and also to maintain great standard of satisfaction for the clients, for administrative help.
Her key skill is good communication and being organised.
