Adv. Manoj Wadekar has completed his LL.B. with Gold Medal from Pune University. He further completed LL.M. with First Class from Mumbai University. Manoj was practising as Junior Advocate with Justice B.N. Naik (retd.) from 1989 to 1991. He also practised as Junior Advocate with Adv. P. Narayan from 1986 to 1989 and from 1991 to 1992. He started practising on civil and corporate side at Pune courts and the Bombay High Court from 1992. He was partner of Lawyers’ Combine, a law-firm where he was exclusively handling High Court cases and arbitration matters.Since 2000 onwards Manoj Wadekar has been working with his full-fledged law-firm, practising in a wide range of legal fields, including civil, criminal, arbitration, corporate law, public and private trusts, corporate consultancy, educational laws, conveyancing to name few at Pune as well as the Bombay High Court. Manoj has successfully handled important cases and dispute-resolutions relating to Maharashtra Cricket Association and Mr. Ajay Shirke from 2002, and is a chief legal advisor of Maharashtra Cricket Association even today.He was a lawyer for Abhijit Kale, an international cricketer who fought against Mr. Dalmia, President of B.C.C.I., challenging the rules relating to the constitution of B.C.C.I.He was senior advocate for Mr. Sureshdada Jain, ex-minister of Maharashtra, in an inquiry against veteran social worker Shri Anna Hazare, before the Commission of Inquiry presided by Hon. Justice P.B. Sawant, Retired Supreme Court Judge.He is associated as retainer to various prestigious clubs, N.G.O.s and companies, at Pune and Mumbai.Manoj has been an expert faculty for seminars and workshops organised for charitable organisations as well as training to the Charity Commissioner’s staff at Mumbai and Pune, on several occasions. Many times, he is called as Senior Faculty by Pune International Centre, SOSVA, Yashada and other governmental and semi-governmental organisations and N.G.O.s, for delivering lectures on issues relating to public and private trusts and corporate laws. He was also a teaching faculty at I.L.S. Law College and also regularly delivers guest lectures at Deccan Law College, Modern Law College, Symbiosis Law College, and Yashwantrao Chavan Law College.

Suvarna is the person responsible for smooth and efficient administration of the firm for past 14 years. She is the key person who is ably dealing with the entire administration of the office, with the junior staff of five personnel under her.
She is MA Economics, and is the alumna of Garware College, Pune University and has passed out in year 1996.
She has been highly disciplined in her work and has always been extremely helpful to the entire staff working in the firm.
She further holds general skills to ensure that the firm operates with efficiency as well as she has the skill that can handle many different people and situations within the firm, and also to maintain great standard of satisfaction for the clients, for administrative help.
Her key skill is good communication and being organised.
