This branch shall predominantly operate as a High Court Branch and deal all Litigation related Issues concerning High Court, Bombay ie: Writs / Appeals / PILs developing from Charity Commissioner Courts, All Mofussil / District Courts in Maharashtra, National Company Law Tribunal and Intellectual property disputes. The Firm has its acumen in Trust Related Matters and is one of the specialised Firms in Trust Laws in Maharashtra. After successful operation at Worli Office for Trust related works which dealt with matters related to sale, exchange of Trust properties, seeking injunctions against the Trustees, removal of trustees, amalgamation of Trusts and all germane issues relating to management and administration of the Trust etc., we have started a new branch at Fort area, Bombay at Yusuf Building which is bang opposite to High Court, Bombay which is well equipped with good Infrastructure and expertise staff.

We are looking out for 01 Senior Associate fulfilling following criteria:
- Minimum 10 years of experience of active practice in civil laws, corporate laws, consumer, co-operative, arbitration, education, criminal laws (economic offences).
- Well versed with civil and criminal laws and procedural laws.
- Efficient in handling matter, starting from filing the same to taking further steps till the final argument.
- Good in drafting and getting the work done from junior advocates.
- Must be good in arguments in interlocutory applications, evidence, cross-examination;
- Able to cope up with work load.
- Good in English and Marathi language.
- Timing – 8.45 am to 7.30 pm.
- CTC – starting with 40 k (per month) upto 50 k (per month) after confirmation (after 6 months period).

Qualification: LL.B./LL.M.
Position for Trust lawyer, for practicing before Charity Commissioner Pune.
Experience: Minimum 3 - 4 years practice of working on civil side. Must be well-versed with civil laws, trust laws & drafting of legal proceedings. Must have good knowledge of Marathi drafting and English drafting. Must be computer-savvy.
Salary: starting from Rs.10k to 15k per month. Will increase depending on the performance.
